How Long Does It Take To Engrave My Order?
Processing time - Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. At Nouvelle Glass we endeavour to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We choose to ship our Australian orders using Australia Post. It's a registered freight service where you can track your order easily, using the shipping code sent by email after your purchase. Your Nouvelle Glass comes in a beautiful white dust bag made from organic cotton muslin, When muslin reaches the end of its life, it is biodegradable. Inside we pack our glassware in a purposely designed cardboard sleeve that is not only strong, but is also sustainable.
